Warranty Information
Product warranty
Cafeen warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt/invoice are required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.
This warranty is limited at Cafeen's discretion to the replacement of any product proven to be faulty in manufacture or materials, with the same or equivalent product free of charge. Labour charges, transportation and other costs associated with the replacement or re-installation of the parts or products are excluded from this warranty and will not be paid by Cafeen .
Cafeen assumes no liability under the warranty for the following:
- Misuse, abuse, accidental or intentional damage
- Improper maintenance and installation
- Unauthorised repair or modification
- Usage of parts not manufactured by Cafeen
- Use contrary to or outside the parameters stated in the instructions from Cafeen
- Use of replacement parts other than authorized parts
- Deterioration in colour and performance of polymer materials
- Malfunction or failure of product due to the use of non-genuine Cafeen parts
- Problems related to water damage, poor water quality and scaling
- Damage or loss resulting from lightening, flood or fire
To the extent permitted by law, Cafeen shall not be liable to the products, common user or any other person for any incidental or consequential damages arising howsoever and including but not limited to damages from and defects, malfunction, or failure of any product or component.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty granted by Cafeen and is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties.
There are no implied warranties as to merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
In all other respects the standard terms and conditions of Cafeen apply.
Cafeen reserves the right to make changes to features and specifications at any time without notice in the interest of product improvement.
